The hotel's location near the washroom area was excellent. The modern and newly-furnished rooms were just what we needed. The food was amazing and much appreciated.

Had a GREAT time. Good value, room was newly furnished, staff were helpful. The hotel location was particularly good and prime to the washroom area. It was also so close to the restaurant and Madurai and CR Grande.

Facilities were good, however internet was terrible.

They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. the location was also perfect - close to plenty of food options and within walking distance of many of the attractions that I wanted to visit. I also really appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which helped me to save money while staying connected to both work and family.

One was that the bathroom design was a bit flawed, with drainage happening at the opposite end of the bathing area and causing the dry part of the room to become wet and slippery. I also found the room to be a bit small for my liking.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They provided excellent room service and the cleanliness was impressive. The hotel was in a prime location, surrounded by great restaurants. Also, the quality of mattress, linen, AC, and lightings were beyond expectations.

Nothing that I didn't like.

With exceptional cleanness and a bed of 5-star hotel quality, there's no better place to relax for your holiday. The staff was professional and amicable, providing helpful service throughout my stay. Spacious rooms with a big LED TV and well-maintained bathroom facilities make this hotel a top contender.

Wi-Fi connectivity could've been better.

What a great stay I had in this hotel! The room service was phenomenal, always being prompt and efficient. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and within a prime location. The hygiene and cleanliness were above all expectations. I also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

There were a few things that could have been improved during my stay. The lack of TV channels left much to be desired, with only a few free channels that had nothing to offer.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Madurai, I had a fantastic experience. The management made sure to maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely respectful and accommodating, especially Mr Vincent and Mr Bala, who went above and beyond to assist me with my medical needs. The breakfast provided was also delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madurai.
